BikeBBQ and IEBA team up to provide Esri with a bikeshare!

if you see one of these bright orange mountain bikes around town, tweet or email us a picture and we'll put it on the website.

if you're an Esri employee, thank the volunteers down at your local bike kitchen for painting the suckers and tuning them up.

the picture of a bike the farthest away from campus in the month of september will earn a free BikeBBQ/Augies t-shirt.

our first repair and maintenance class on August 19th @ 7:00pm

come on down for our first repair and maintenance class down at the shop Monday August 19th @ 7.

We'll be covering:

• A checklist of periodic tune-ups
• Adjusting brakes
• Fine tuning shifting
• Finding/fixing squeaks and other strange noises

For those of you concerned about flat tires, there will also be a breakout session entirely dedicated to repairing flats and digging out goatheads, as this is by far the most common/valuable skill to know when you ride.

The suggested donation is $10, but all are welcome.  if you have suggestions for a future class or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact info@bikebbq.com

Wednesdays now Women "friendly"

we've decided to lift the ban on men on Wednesday nights and invite them back into the shop as long as they resist the urge to mansplain all the time.

that being said, we'll still have a female shop manager and still want to see as many women as possible on Wednesdays (and everyday for that matter).

we're committed to providing an open and friendly space for people of all experience levels and backgrounds to learn how to work on their own bike.

Redlands Classic Alley Party 4/6 @ 6pm!

the first time we'll actually be grilling at the BikeBBQ.

come on down to the alley on Saturday evening immediately after the finish of the Mens Crit (about 6pm).

live band, bbq, beverages and an open house.

the party will be wrapping up by 9.

Women friendly bike spring cleanup this wednesday (3/6/2013)

come on down this wednesday and clean up the muck if you've been riding (or clear off the cobwebs if you haven't) in preparation for spring!

free event.
we'll provide the simple green and rags and you bring the elbow grease.  tell your friends!

Come have dinner at The Farm on January 27th to support BikeBBQ!

Registration prior to the event is recommended.
Two dinner seatings (5 and 7pm)
live jazz by the Cat Ming Trio
